When you play Quake Live there are two main way to get an advantage. One, practice til your fingers fall off, or two; get yourself a decent config.
I played for around 50 hours before I ventured into the world of config tweaking. Some call it cheating, I call it how to make the most out of Quake Live.
Things that you want when you are looking kind of advantage, is mainly brighter models on you enemies. With my config you get that and you get an overall better gaming experience.

The whole game comes alive with better colors, lights and above else; fixed enemy models. With my config you decide how your enemy will look like, not only by character but also by color and the way they glow in the dark..
Get the config file
Download the autoexec.cfg here (right-click, save as..)
Use the config file
Place the autoexec.cfg in the correct folder:
- Windows Vista: %userprofile%/AppData/LocalLow/id Software/quakelive/home/baseq3
- Windows XP: %appdata%/id Software/quakelive/home/baseq3
Reload your browser and begin the fraggin fun.

Note
One of the things that I think that Holysh1t’s generator does not do that well, is mouse sensitivity. You might wanna do some ingame adjustments to that game control when you have loaded my config. Also, remember to add your username at the top of the config, I blanked it out for obvious reasons.
